1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom or made-to-order jewelry requires an extended production period. These items will ship within 7 to 14 business days from the order date.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The final transit time estimates (after the processing period) will vary based on the shipping service selected at checkout (e.g., 3-5 business days for Standard, 1-2 business days for Express).
Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $300. This is automatically applied at checkout when your cart meets the minimum threshold.
3. Secure Delivery and Insurance
We take the security of your valuable jewelry seriously.

Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for the total value of the contents. This protection covers your purchase against loss or damage while in transit.

Signature Confirmation: For the security of high-value items, all orders over $500.00 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will usually attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

Discreet Packaging: All jewelry is shipped in secure, unmarked outer packaging to ensure the contents remain discreet and protected during transit.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us which will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your jewelry arrives damaged, or if your package is lost or stolen:

Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us at info@marieladesignstudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged goods, please include photos.

Claim Filing: Because your order is insured, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Resolution: Once the claim is investigated and approved by the carrier, we will either send a replacement item or issue a full refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the claim investigation to be finalized.
